Bitcoin rebounded from the upward trajectory, jumping 4 percent past $43,500. The cryptocurrency industry is widely expected to start a new race with a growing number of voices predicting Bitcoin reaching all-time highs in 2024 above $100,000. Bitcoin has risen more than 120 percent this year, with many optimistic that the increase will continue in 2024. The last cryptocurrency record of nearly $69,000 was set in November 2021.
